Another obscure internet find...gun fingernails.

To note, these have been added in Photoshop by artist Laurent Theophane Bertrand for Super Super magazine, but for the sake of the post let's pretend they're real shall we?

These look pretty cool although I'm not sure how easy the regular gal would be able to find her Oyster Card/lace her shoes/carry her Tesco shop home with these babies.

I wonder what other items one could glue to one's fingernails...Snacks? Cigarettes? Miniature bottles of gin?

Chanel AW11: Shade Parade...

I'm interrupting the LFW coverage to share yet another fun and lighthearted AW11 campaign video from another fashion-heavy-hitter, this time Chanel.

Shade Parade is a video created to showcase the brand's nail colours for the season and I think they've done it brilliantly.

The New Do...

I have added a splash of colour to my hair this week. I am aware that dip-dyed ends are not a new or original idea but I have been debating this decision for months (having been this colour for a decade now).

Wow, Wah nails at M&S...

I had a delightful treat yesterday thanks to the lovely ladies at Marks & Spencer. I was invited to their press showroom for a glass of bubbly, a look at their SS11 collection (which by the way is fabulous, I have my eye on some black lace-up suede boots already) and to have a beauty treatment done. I went for the manicure (seeing as I NEVER get my nails done- tisk, tisk).

Technicians from nail art, pioneers Wah Nails were on hand and I decided to shy away from the bog-standard black that I have been wearing every day for at least a decade now and went for something totally different. How cute are these!?
