TRAVEL: POSTCARDS FROM PRIMAVERA
Back in May last year (yes this one is super-tardy), we traded in the annual Glastonbury trip and hit Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona. Sunbathing, sightseeing and eating by day and partying to likes of Blur and Wu-Tang Clan by night sure was the perfect way to start the summer.

TRAVEL: POSTCARDS FROM SINEU
Ok, ok- it's been a reeeeeeeally long time since my last post- this is inexcusable but Mama always said; if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
The truth is I have been super-consumed with my work and had therefore run out of things to say. But here I am, back with vengeance and ready to post.
I thought I'd ease myself back into the blogosphere with some pretty pictures from last years trip to see Papa Coco in Mallorca.
Sineu is a small village in the centre of Mallorca and every Wednesday it comes alive with quite frankly the best market I have attended. If you are ever on the island it is most certainly worth a visit and a welcome change from beach hopping (although who's complaining about beach hopping?!).

Postcards from Gozo
Hey there readers, apologies for my lack of posting. As you know I went on holiday to Mallorca last month (visual diary still to come!) and I then had a mad four weeks at work to prepare for my second holiday (lucky girl hey?) to Gozo.
For those of you that don't know, Gozo is a sleepy little island off the coast of Malta. It's hot, relaxed and offers tired tourists like myself the ultimate in refreshing vacations - I highly recommend it.
Here are a few snaps that sum up one rather lovely week with some lovely pals...

Good vibrations
Yesterday saw a tiny bit of sun and in honesty it was a bit of a shock after the disgusting weather we've seen over the last two weeks, (erm, mother nature- hello? Any chance of giving us a break? I'm STILL waiting to crack open the summer wardrobe you know?). As you can tell by these photos my eyes were a little shocked by the big, bright thing in the sky (the sun) so they went a little mole like, but I still couldn't resist sharing my very favourite (until the next one I buy), new kimono. It's super-long at the back but we didn't shoot that, so I'll have to share this little beauty with you again so you can see it in it's full glory. Hopefully next time it'll be with less layers.

A few of my favourite things
I have a fondness of finding out-of-London antique shops and markets for treasure. It's always better to head out of London as you find the best pieces and the prices are so much better (who wants to spend £50 on an apple crate from a vendor on Brick Lane? - not me).
Here are a few of my favourite pieces...

Paint it Black
How much am I loving this mullet-hem dress? Loads, that's how much. I bought it during March's trip to NYC and am currently enjoying wearing it over black jeans by day.
Here's some Rolling Stones for you, happy Wednesday...

Instagrammin...
So Instagram is about as huge as my love for outlandish clothing (that's a lot). Therefore I won't bother going through the motions of explaining what this is. It's great and that's all I need to say. Here are a few of my Instagram posts (does one call them posts?) from May...

Wolf & Badger's Dover Street store launch
I have championed Wolf and Badger from the get-go. Not just another fashion boutique, W and B promote, support and most importantly- stock emerging and independent design. The carefully (and brilliantly) curated selection of womens and menswear, jewellery, accessories and even home wear is enough to make even the biggest stylista's mouth water and their store concepts are pretty easy on the eye too.
What's most impressive about this wonderful brand is it's age. It was not long ago that Wolf and Badger was just a twinkle in the co-owner's (and brothers) Henry and George Graham's eyes and it has now just opened it's second London store on the coveted retail space that is Dover Street, Mayfair.
I was lucky enough to hit the launch party this week, here's what I saw...
As you may know from previous posts, I'm also a fan of Gerogia Hardinge so you can imagine my excitement to see that her A-Mazing SS12 collection is now being stocked at the store (goodbye savings account).
